“Jerry is a technically and artistically balanced architect which is so very important on a project such as ours.” Betty Nowlin.

The clients spend a lot of time in this contemporary home now that it has been renovated.  They had owned it for several years and the rustic interior barn wood trim, pine flooring, kitchen & baths were very dated.  Gerald Ross, Architects prepared innovative, contemporary design drawings for a near gut renovation on both floors, the outside deck and patio area.  Transforming the rustic interior into a light and airy contemporary style was a pleasure.  The property has fantastic views of Mount Wilson, fields of aspen trees, herds of elk, deer, bear, hawks and natural running water all year long.  Mr. Nowlin is a noted photographer.

Bill Nelson, East/West Construction, was the General Contractor and invaluable to this difficult project.

Val Franzese was the Interior Designer, selecting furniture and fabrics.
