Gerald Ross of GR Design Group, Architects designed the project and walked it through the Design Review Board, obtaining all the approvals to build. I then sold the design to the developer who contracted with Downing, Thorpe and James to continue the project through fruition.

The project includes seven luxury condominiums, two underground parking spaces for each unit and two local apartment units.  All the units were sold before the project was completed.  This was a very successful project.
